On 16 June, senior leaders from all 12 Project Partners gathered at the Building Futures Summit in Narre Warren to officially endorse the 5-Year Blueprint for Reform. This was an historic moment in time for the plumbing and fire protection industry, demonstrating real, united leadership from the top down.

Rather than relying on short-term fixes or external mandates, our employers, industry associations, the plumbing union, and training providers have committed to a practical, evidence-based roadmap for long-term cultural change.

By endorsing the Blueprint, our leaders are taking active ownership of the trade’s culture. They are ensuring we keep the best of our industry’s camaraderie while building safer, more respectful, and future-ready workplaces where everyone can thrive.
