Plumbing Industry Climate Action Centre (PICAC)

PICAC is a not-for-profit, industry-led training partnership that includes five Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). It is a partnership supported by the Plumbing and Pipe Trades Employees Union (PPTEU), Master Plumbers and Mechanical Services Association of Australia (MPMSAA), Master Plumbers Association of Queensland (MPAQ), National Fire Industry Association of Australia (NFIA) and the Air Conditioning and Mechanical Contractors Association (AMCA).

Plumbing & Pipe Trades Employees Union (PPTEU)

PPTEU’s primary focus is on worker safety, pay and conditions within the plumbing industry and has a proud history of advancing education, improving social welfare and promoting human rights. The PPTEU has its own RTO CEPUTEC, that is a PICAC training partner across all five PICAC training sites.

National Fire Industry Association of Australia Ltd (NFIA)

The National Fire Industry Association (NFIA) is the peak industry association for fire protection contractors, their people, suppliers, consultants and industry stakeholders representing a wide and varied membership from the smallest sub-contractor through to large Australia-wide construction and service businesses. Our Members work at the frontline of fire protection with an estimated 80 per cent of the fire protection work undertaken in Australia completed by Members of NFIA.

Master Plumbers The Master Plumbers & Mechanical Services Association of Australia (MPMSAA)

Master Plumbers (MPMSAA) is a key industry membership-based association and RTO based in Victoria. It exists to support the success of the industry through plumbing business membership packages, state-of-the-art training and professional development, apprenticeships and apprentice hire services.

Master Plumbers Association of Queensland (MPAQ) 

The Master Plumbers’ Association of Queensland (MPAQ) is the peak industry body representing plumbing contractors throughout Queensland. They aim to protect community health and the environment through professional plumbing services, and advance the industry through policy development, representation, and the provision of specialist training, advice, products, and services.

RAW Group

The RAW Group is a 100% Aboriginal owned and managed Australian company – changing lives by empowerment through economic independence is their ethos. The RAW GTO was designed to provide host employers and Aboriginal and other minority cohort job seekers culturally safe employment opportunities across corporate Australia.

AMCA Australia (AMCA)

AMCA Australia is a nationwide industry membership body representing the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry. They are an RTO and deliver accredited training in areas like fire and life safety, Project Management, and Engineering Drafting, offering technical and business skills courses. Their vision is to be the “home of HVAC companies” and a leader of positive change.

Cooke & Dowsett Pty Ltd

Cooke & Dowsett Plumbing Group provides construction, maintenance and retail plumbing services across Australia, supported by a team of more than 400 employees. The Group is deeply committed to diversity, inclusion and sustainability and has been proudly recognised for training Australia’s first Indigenous female plumber through the Indigenous Apprentices Program and are part owners of Pathway Plumbing Services.
